A little sad to limit a graphics card to a 33MHz shared PCI bus _________________ This weeks pet peeve: Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). True. When I finally turn it into a proper driver, it'll probably be moved to the 66 MHz slot though.
In the meantime, could someone please start work on a new motherboard with a PCI-Express bus? Or grab an existing PPC board with PCI-Express (including one 16x slot please) and start porting OS4.

66MHz PCI slot? The one that reportedly doesn't work on fixed A1s? Or am I missing something here? _________________ This weeks pet peeve: Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). There will never be another motherboard with OS4 support as long as Amiga Inc doesn't allow anyone to get licenses. So there. _________________ This weeks pet peeve: Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). The one that won't work simultaneously with an AGP card. I've heard mixed reports about the A1 fix.

Perhaps, read this post by KGrach, he says the 66 Mhz slot will work after the fix. There is also Tony saying the opposite in the same thread._________________ Site admins are people too..pooff! |

| Does a PCI graphic card work in a normal PCI slot on an XE with fixed and unfixed hardware? Not the 66 MHz version I mean. _________________ AmigaOne-XE G3 OS 4. A4000 PPC A1200 PPC |

| Upgrade. My Amiga-one may now be the Amiga with the most (unusable) graphics power.

| The RadeonHD driver now works as a framebuffer (see here). Yes, it can display Workbench.

Great work!
At this rate you may just beat the Sam440 flex to market. |
