Yes! Wednesday. CD and ROM’s for A1200 and A2000. A1200 is up and running.

RTG seems to be the future of Amiga gaming.

I am not sure what an expanded AGA chip set would provide.
I would like to see what it does provide.

How does OS3.2 deal with RTG?
SDL and OpenGL are two that come to mind in gaming.

Just ordered AmigaOS 3.2. Just to support Amiga and the kind developers
making all the work just for free.

i think I’ll start with some emulation on my Win10 laptop and let it go from there..

I lost interest in Amiga about 10 years ago and sold my AmigaOS 4 computer
that at the time simply collected dust.
I regreted selling it several times and have been lurking the forums now and
then for several years.

Thanks. I wish this info had come to light before I placed my pre-order.

My gut feeling said "wait a little longer". And I did, but not long enough.




(Sadly, I did not follow the AmigaOS 3.1.4 saga.)

That is a good question, Picasso96 features is moved into graphic.library on AmigaOS4.1, I will assume if it’s backported , then picasso96.library should become obsolete.

No difference, you need newer graphic card drivers for newer graphic cards, this is something you not get with AmigaOS3.2, you can’t even plug these graphic cards into an old Amiga1200/4000, as they require PCIe, hacky Zorro to PCI adapters won’t work. And FPGA amiga computers, only has 2D support for True color screens.

Should be noted that “Warp3D Nova” is not backwards compatible with “Warp3D”, many enhancements only available on the HD/RX graphic cards for AmigaOS4.1.
