Not unless there's some C64 out there with an additional ~35 pixels of vertical resolution. Also any serious demo maker would distribute a virtual disk with the actual demo on it, not an MP4 with fake screen & scan line elements. Fake bullshit.

As mentioned, wrong screen dimensions (they didn't even bother to centre the text). More than 40 characters per line and the file name I believe goes over what is supported normally.

Even if it was done on a real C64 and they wanted to make a pretend C64 loading screen, they kind of ruined the experience by doing a pretty ham fisted effort.
