| I suggest searching "google imagefx" to see the problem. Note that Google will try to change the search term to just "image" - you will need to force the issue!
Spoiler: In short, Google has released ImageFX as part of it's AI tools. Last edited by AmiRich on 02-Feb-2024 at 08:38 PM.

A few years ago, I searched for ImageFX, finding that there was make-up software using the same name. My guess is that Nova Design never trademarked the title, so anyone can use it for their software. Either that, or Nova Design and current ImageFX owner A-Eon don't care to challenge bigger companies, especially Google. Last edited by PhantomInterrogative on 02-Feb-2024 at 10:41 PM.

ImageFX was trademarked by Nova Design in the 90's but it appears to be expired now. |

| It's up to A-Eon to keep the trademark up to date. _________________ Sent from my Quantum Computer. |

| They’re about as good at that as they are at keeping their web site certificates valid. Last edited by kolla on 03-Feb-2024 at 06:20 PM.

If they where clever they sold it to Google, this would be the easiest way making some millions. |
