| I wouldn't touch Amiga unless the value was _much_ lower than last time it was sold. And I'm afraid it is not since Amiga Inc are so certain they are moving in the right direction.
Hopefully the venture capitalist is welcoming any offer to leave Amiga behind and just getting some of his money back.
Also hope the legal situation is clearer if you have inside knowledge than it is to us normal Amigans, cos it also looks like it should scare anyone willing to buy Amiga away.
I wish you good luck as I believe things can only get better.

| You're kidding right? What makes you think Amiga Inc is not going to either:
1. Completely ignore you
2. Lie to you about the value hoping you'll pay them several million dollars
3. Lie to you quoting a ludicrously high value (eg 100 million) hoping you'll go away
4. Flat out tell you to go away
I have to admire your cojones, but it would surprise the heck out of me if this worked.

AInc have had there heads so much in the clouds for so long, that even the idea of talking with them about reasonable terms is just wishful thinking.
I really love the idea of "the name" being in the hands of some more down-to-the-earth guy, but I don't see it happen that way.
Buying AInc's debts and breaking them in the courtrooms would be a far more realistic (and probraly much cheaper) way, but it would probraly take years and another manure-hill of bad PR. Last edited by Kronos on 22-Oct-2006 at 08:32 AM.
