According to the posts to Patrick Wesseling's wall on Facebook by his wife, he was hit by a car and killed while jogging. He was known here as Coder, one of the site's moderators.

Rest in Peace Coder!

I just cannot believe what I'm reading.

My condolences to Coders family and everyone who thought fond of him.

Coder my mate, Rest In Peace, you will be remembered. Hope to meet you again one day somewhere on the other side.

I was shocked to hear this tragic news.

I have very fond memories of Coder over the years.
He was a true gent, engaging and I will miss him.

My condolences go out to his family - it is especially hard when it is totally unexpected.
My thoughts are with his wife and family.

I stumbled across his blog today, it seems very sad that it remains there with no mention of his passing.
