It's common place in Portugal, there's lots of promotions where if you buy something and send the bar code, or trough sms and you can win whatever is said. And it goes from alimentar stuff to banks themselves...
But do not fear young padwan, if you check more closely you don't even have to buy anything to apply to the draw itself!
