| I just tested it briefly on MorphOS 2.7 (MacMini) and it runs quite well here. It doesnt exit here when copying text or images to clipboard. Only place it seem to exit here is when saving the preferences. Then the program exits here and an output window is displayed: snapshoter: Unknown command snapshoter failed returncode 10 But changes in the prefs seem to be saved, so no big issue.
I find it particulary useful for copying multiple texts from webpages, and then be able to select them one by one from the SnapShoter interface to paste them.
Also very easy to store the clipboards and to erase them with LMB/RMB.
The program is already useful, but I hope there will be some updates with new features and bugfixes. The picture editor seem to need some more work. Like to be able to select objects and send them to front or back. When trying to add the second snapshot into the editor I did not get to choose if the picture should be in front or back of the first image. Also more options would be useful here, eg. to be able to resize arrows and rotate then. The same goes for text size and orientation. And lastly, a good userguide could be useful as well.
Thanks for a good program, I already put it into my program dock for easy access :) Last edited by amyren on 17-Mar-2011 at 07:19 PM.

| hello amyren, i will check this problem with the prefs, pictures to front and back will come soon, no problem for it, but using thne editor you will know that the bottom picture for example the background is ever the layer 1 and the top picture is layer 10, you have an icon to transparent all the layers check it, you can see the positions here, to change pictures only click again over the number of the layer and this cycle images automatically, text and arrows rotate and size done it with cursor keys, it´s easy xD, user guide... i´m workin on.... |

I did set the time first (5 seconds) but it seems to get messed up if you change screens. _________________ OS4 Rocks X1000 beta tester, Sam440 Flex (733)

Congratulations with the release of snapshoter! I'm really looking forward to try it out on os4 once i get back to my Amigas. Well done!
@MO
I'm not sure what you are trying to imply with your message... Recently we have seen alot of nice software produced using Hollywood - and i'm sure there is alot more to come! In my experience the software using Hollywood is also very stable - the years we have produced commercial software using Hollywood we have not got a single report about bugs or crashes from dentists using our software.
best regards

| Huh? What does 'Hollywood is like AMOS' have anything to do with bugs or crashes _________________ Pegasos 2 G3 1 GB ram Radeon 9000 Pro MOS 1.4 sitting around collecting dust.
