| Okay presentation but I find it to be a bit of wishfull thinking to seperate Leisure computing from ordinary PC/win systems. Haven't they covered most of that market segment aswell ?
Interesting to see what the future brings..
Hopefully Alan have got some contracts that will ensure a bigger production run in the future, lowering the price for us :) _________________

| I don't really believe the date means that much. I just think Eyetech needed a date to present to "the business people" (they would not have been very satisfied with the ). |

I think you are correct about the date. Business folk always seem to understand pushed release dates, especially if explained that the delay resulted in additional features that will make the product more robust. Of course, if they are on a crunched timeline (got to meet budget deadlines) then they will not understand as much... But when just looking at future technology, as a rule it is okay... I mean, look at MS Longhorn. |

On a sidenote I found two companies who currently are using the ArticiaS in there products( Besides Topshine and Eyetech).

Since they are all owned by the same group as MAI, (and in fact mention using Teron boards (ie AmigaOne)) I'm not sure I would be listing them as other companies using the ArticiaS products. -Tig _________________ We played the first thing that came to our heads, it just happened to be the best song in the world.

The picture here is of me in Beijing in Sept 03, but the presentation is one I did in early February this year at the first PPC Forum in Taipei. At that point April seemed significantly far off ...
The presentation I gave in Beijing in September did have some similarities but the demonstration etc was in the foyer/exhibition area and was of OS4 running on an AmigaOne.

This is a huge market opportunity. Particularly when in the company of IBM, etc.
Very impressive. _________________ Regards,
