Uh, like, later. I was in a tremendous hurry to get the SDK finished in time. If I had had more time, I would also have done a special "cross-development" SDK, i.e. pack it up in .rpms or similar for Linux. _________________ Thomas, the kernel guy

Hehe, and after half a year, you'll start complaining it's too slow.
I have a ADSL line here with 768 downstream and 128 upstream. So uploading the SDK took two hours :S
(That's also the reason why I rushed out and uploaded without a final test ) _________________ Thomas, the kernel guy

Not wanting to sound like I'm boasting - but I am - I have 8MBit Download and between 450 and 500KBits Upload!
...Though it doesn't help me to download the SDK any faster of course!

I have 4Mbps upload, do you see me slipping that into conversations just to kick mud into someones face? Oops, is that mud on your face?
4Mbps both directions, I regularly get 500kilo_bytes_ per second on uploads. And I know people who have a LOT more (I could have gone for 10 instead of 4, but then I woulda have to pay for it (work pays for the base 4Mbit), and I'm too cheap for that ). _________________ This weeks pet peeve: Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). I know. This is intentional. We're overhauling some of the internals of the site to get rid of the constant crashes. We'll be back up in around an hour or so I reckon. Finally. And all the time the thought of "I could have saved nine hours by just 'accidentally' uploading this to a public FTP server" raged through their minds.

| Site is up again.
Things should work better now. The SDK's that are on site now are already repaied, and a patch for the older downloads is included as well.
NOTE: If you downloaded the SDK before today, August 7th, apply the patch. If in doubt, apply the patch. _________________ Seriously, if you want to contact me do not bother sending me a PM here. Write me a mail

Yes! I'm finally downloading the SDK at a decent speed (56-58 Kbps as opposed to the sub 0.5 Kbps I was getting the other night).
Again to all at Hyperion a big for going above and beyond the call of duty getting this sorted so quickly!
Kind regards,

I checked my config again. I've changed my gcc compiler setting to use sdk:gcc. Guess that's more likely :)

Thx, that worked.
I must say I am pretty impressed by the SDK (and the GoldEd integration). Thx to all you guys involved.
If you need some ideas what's is missing for a dev studio, you might want to check out VisualAssist X for VS ;) (hint hint)

Ooh, sounds good! I know there are a fair number of people that would like to see the SDK but have been unable to get A1s as of yet, this will be great. Do you see any chance of ultimately allowing perhaps a mirror site, or maybe just a 'mirror' of the SDK by uploading it to OS4Depot? _________________ Are we not done with the same silly arguments and flames yet??!

Fab thanks for all your (and all others' involved) hard work.
One question: is the application.library Autodoc supposed to be in the archive? All the other files relating it seem to be there. I have documentation for filler.image, which appears to be new and doesn't even exist on my system, but none for application (which isn't, and does)?
