Software News   Software News : Amiga Arena presents "HollyRecord"

With "HollyRecord" you can make a record of your animations or presentation, created with "Hollywood" from AirsoftSoftwair. You can save your Pics later in PNG,ILBM or JPG Format and join them for example to a Mpeg animation. You need "Sgrab" from Stephan Rupprecht too.

I have been wondering about if there was a way to convert my Hollywood presentations into MPEG Video... is this what you mean by HollyRecord?

Google ReadMe translation: Hello of friends of Hollywood! Freeware: This program is © By T.Rosenberger it may only like that as it is be passed on. The program is meant for in order noting in Hollywood provided animations or Presentationen. For the program "SGrab" is needed. Naturally of no different one than "Stephan Rupprecht". The program gives it as PPC WOS and 68K and can of its HP be loaded. How does it function? One copies simply SGrab into C: Listing. Please remembers, which is called it also SGrab, otherwise e.g. rename: SGrapPPC after SGrap. Then one copies HollyRecord.exe there, where one wants to have it. Finished! If man liked to note Hollywood, one proceeds as follows: One adds the Hollywoodicon over "information" the instruction FPSLIMIT=1, before one starts it. Then one gets also all screens gesnappt. First we start HollyRecord. Then we indicate the path, where the pictures are stored (under save). If one wants to store the pictures in the RAM, ask RAM: indicate, not RAM disk:. Then one starts its Hollywoodpresentation. Subsequently, with HollyRecord on R Bottom and danch on the Hollywoodfenster that will click be noted is. It is terminated if one the HollyRecord window closes. The pictures can be joined now with a program (Ultraconvert) to an animation or a MPEG film. Finished still much fun with HollyRecord! T.Rosenberger HP: New update: Version V1.1 Speichervormat ILBM, JPG, png selectable.

So, you'll get a whole load of still frames which you'll need to sew together. There are plenty of apps around to do this though.

Has anyone tried out Malibu plugin that converts Scala presentations over? I've a few stored and it would be great to use all the above to get them over to Mpeg format.
