| No I don't think it had. In my opinion 1.x default colors were ugly as hell when you compare it to 2.x+ |

1.x colour scheme was bright (bright, bright ...) blue and orange. And then some white and
black thrown in. If people are having trouble with the early AOS4 screengrabs (the green-yellow
ones) I cannot imagine that blue-orange is going to sit all that well with many people (certainly
not as a standard for the majority) ...

| I've got this old "Amiga 500 made easy" VHS cassette I bought from Forematt for no particular reason (and some Amiga socks  ...I don't know why either ) which demonstrates os1.x... now thats a vibrant colour scheme... and the GUI in general! Basic with a capital B! Advanced for its time I know... but just makes OS4 look even more fab.

Most important function should be in os4 GUI is iconfiy button in the right corner of the all windows which makes windows to an icon like Reaction GUI. or should be another thing like an option in the right click menu of the workbench which shows aktive programs and screens for changing the tasks.This option can also be in the corner of workbench bar.
Also i think tere must be an option for amidock whick makes it allways on top.
I think this functions do not take much time for you but makes OS4 more easy to use then an PNG icons.
For better look it can be good to see our animated gif icons as real icons otherwise they will be allways useless  |

| I don't know why people whine so much about the OS4 UI. I find it's great. It easy on the eyes and the widgets are a good size.
Look at IBrowse, now that has bad widget size. And the text, in the location bar, is too small. |

The rumor goes to more improvement around the Icon system has than 256 colors.
Becomes alleged the pictogram of two on four pictures extends.
Example:
Ignored
Attentend
Selected
Dragged

| PPL stop complainig! It is a whole bunch of work to make an OS so let those guys finish it ;) And hell yeah, it looks damn good! I love it. I already love WB3.9 coz I was using 3.1 before and that looks boring ;)
So far, let Amiga live ;) I'll buy the CLassic Amiga Version...
