I think the ABBA will probably sound more natural emanating from Sweden.

| Assuming you guys mean 9:50AM to 16:00PM my guess is that the hours are now 3:50AM to 10:00AM St. Louis time, right?

Everybody being on DST in the EU is the reason why the UK is GMT+1. GMT is base time, you need to add an hour for DST, just because Greenwich is in the UK doesn't mean GMT is changed when the clocks go forward 
So, yes, just add an hour to the published times to get Sweden, Paris or Berlin.
