| any hope for an OS4 version? An OS4-compatible 68k version would suffice |

| Whats the current development status for TOT? I remember the programming team behind it said they were looking into building a 3D game engine for it. The couple of screenshots on their site looked very promising - any news on it?

| This is the latest picture I could find of the mentioned 3D Engine:

I'm sure you'll agree this is pretty impressive - a native OS4 version would definately appeal to a few people! Add that to the fact that (I believe) it is cross platform compatable then it should appeal :)

| Yes ToT supports OS4 since this version. And yes, we are currently building up a 3d map for ToT. Out target is to implement it until the end of the year.

| As a ToT-player who got addicted ~20 months ago, I can only say that GFX aren't really anything to bother .... if that 3D-map gets released I will most likely have a short look and than return to the normal 2D-map (sorry Wolfen ) since I can't imagine that the 3D will be as easy to use and I'm sure it will be harder to keep track of everything once you got a bigger map (when you have units/lands scattered over a dozen of islands for example).
The game itself is still relativly simple, the more important task is to keep track of what others are doing, which is mostly done by listening to gossip (in the IRC-tavern) or by exchanging emails).
So if you ever wanted to kick your favourite blue-troll's a##, here is your chance
