| Anybody try running this on OS4 yet, even if it is only 68K code? _________________ 'unfixed' A1XE, 512mb RAM, plug-in USB card, Sil 0680 IDE card, Radeon 9250, built-in sound, OS4.1 update 5.

| I tried compiling the RTG examples on OS4 but it gave some strange errors..... basically it wouldnt work. Also, the manuals for each topic that are online are not yet complete..... so if I was going to start playing with it I'd need to get a second hand copy of blitz from somewhere just to get a full set of manuals for all the commands etc.
Theres a language called PureBasic which is still in development .. I'm looking into it. It's multiplatform too. apparently you can compile PureBasic programs unchanged on Windows and Amiga, etc. It's similar to Blitz as well apparently. (I keep saying apparently because this is just what I've read..) |
