| Thanks Dave.
@Digitaldisaster
Now, let's get someone to do a bit of formatting to that page to make it easier to read. |

| I like this! I really do! Really cool!
Oh and for the people that always talk about that it is just impossible and all, shut up! (please?)
Coder p.s. Love the logo! Last edited by Coder on 11-Oct-2004 at 05:05 PM.

| I'd love to see OS4 on a 970! The Amiga 5 logo (G5, hehe) is pretty clever.
One question I have, why aim for the $6000 kit, when the $4500 kit may be just as suitable? You still get the CD with schematics/layout of the board, still get access to the updates server, etc... Just not a full ATX case (with this kind of thing, easier access to the board like on the plexiglass backer may be better anyway for easily probing signals than reaching into the case), it seems the only real difference is lack of memory and hard drive, which you should surely find something suitable for less than $1500... Maybe use that money toward a logic analyzer or something, which will be quite handy for such a project... _________________ All glory to the Hypnotoad!

About the price difference. Edward talked about that in the thread at some point. The first system you purchase has to be the full kit, and additional systems can then be purchased as the lesser version. That's the way he explained it, and though it doesn't read that way on the website, I think he has already inquired and recieved that info back. But he can correct me if I've misunderstood this. |
