Please note:

* You must have registered both Freespace and AmigaOS 4.0.
* This version only contains the software renderer.
* Make sure to read the README file, as it contains important information.

They should release a demo version, I never buy a game without having tested a demo of it, unless it is very cheap.

I'm sorely tempted - I'd probably be sold on that idea if someone with a Radeon 7k on their A1 were to review it - and I'd definitely download an A1 specific demo !

do I need W3D in order to run things like Heretic II, Wipeout 2097 and Q2 ?

Note that due to the non-availability of Warp3D, this version only works with software rendering. However, it should not be substantially slower than the hardware version - only if there is lots of things happening on the screen would you notice any difference.

Been testing it a bit. It's very smooth in full quality setting. (Everything maxed out except the 3d hadware related stuff). Bought it years ago, but never had the hardware for it, so now finally I can play it :)
