Download the ISO from here:

On AmigaOne-Linux Kernel Project there is only the kernel itself, yet.

@rossv

You're something of a hero, dude...at least in my book!

While I do have that kernel installed already, this'lll save me a bit of a hazzle next time I'll have to re-install...ehrm...

Thanks for the update, and Merry christmas!

@rossv

Does the iso image contain XFree 4.3.0? I must have that version or higher to get support for my graphicscard. I guess I could install it by other means but it would be easier if it came bundled with the iso.

As written in the original announcement, it's a Debian Woody installer, so no.

But you can upgade very easily to XFree 4.3 once you have Woody running (do a dist-upgrade)

Regards.

If i remember right with that kernel i had gfx corruption so i couldnt read any text. Its with Radeon9200 (not SE) gfx card. If its possible please do a boot cd with kernel 2.6.16.27. Please ;)

Today i had to reinstall linux as i did corrupt something in linux system.
So i had to remove my harddisk and burner from sii0680 card and put them on the internal port as otherwise the old boot cd wouldnt find the harddisk and couldnt load the modules from the cd. Then i had to install the woody. Then i had to upgrade to stable/sarge from http. Then edit /etc/x11/xf86config-4 and comment the lines DRI and GLX. config the system etc. And ofcourse install everything else like alsa etc. Now my Juli@ soundcard works.

If i had only a boot cd with kernel 2.6.16.27 i could load it without moving devices from sii0680card and just choose to install debian from http ;)

Kernel 2.4.19 is the old one i have on my bootcd. There the text is ok but the linux logo isnt shown. All the newer versions of kernel did problems with text with radeon9200. Kernel 2.6.16.27 made it work as it should. So it would be nice a bootcd with the latest one.
