Not by me. But feel free to submit any patches you come up with and I'll see about including them. It doesn't hurt to have both static and dynamic versions.

| What changes are done to the original sources? expat compiles out of the box on my cross-compiler and I haven't found any errors yet. Would be interesting to know if there's stuff that doesn't work.
