   posted by rossv on 17-Nov-2006 7:47:39 (2955 reads)
Just a quick note that the latest version of the SB128 OS4 AHI driver has been uploaded to OS4Depot.

The latest version is 5.23 and now works with the new memory system.

Although the driver will always be freeware, please feel free to make a small donation if you find this driver useful.

@spotUP

It's mainly just low-level hardware drivers that perform DMA which are affected, because there have been changes in how a memory must be allocated which can be used for DMA.

If they break, they were already broken in the first place.

There's an AROS bounty for a SB128 AHI driver. At the moment it's at 40$. How big would it need to be to get it ported and/or the sources contributed?

G'day Ross!

Nice to have you back in action.

@all
Ross is a starving student so don't forget to donate if you use his driver.
