Does this mean "on" saturday afternoon or "from" saturday afternoon (forward), which implies saturday afternoon and sunday?

Will there be a streaming broadcast of the show?

Does this mean that OS4 for Classics is ready to ship?

It might be interesting to see, with all these judgments going on perhaps he's there to announce Hyperion's motion, this time against AROS...

It's hard to get excited about Amiga gatherings anymore with all the no shows and lack of anything at all happening. My level of expectation has gotten so low that I don't expect a thing and am never disappointed.

@thinkchip

I have the same expectations. It's nice though to see Hyperion
on the list. Of course it would be even better with Amiga Inc & Hyperion
on the guest list, but if Hyperion gets their way with the case then
they did not loose this opportunity to promote OS4 on ACK.

@pixie:

Um, weren't Hyperion the ones who got sued? I don't think AROS has anything to be worried about. Hyperion can't sue them because AROS doesn't implement the new things Hyperion added to AmigaOS.

In any case, I have no doubt that his presence at the ACube booth will be 100% related to the lawsuit his company's involved in. Either to kick sand in Amiga Inc's face by appearing overtly friendly to ACube while doing nothing illegal, or to make some sort announcement. I guess we'll find out in a few days.

On 29th May 2007, Carton stated that the open-source AmigaOS reimplentation AROS was "probably illegal", on page 27 of court documents related to the Amiga-Hyperion court case - http://merlancia.us/amiga-hyperion/35-5decmcewenexhibit5show_case_doc.pdf

@pixie

I think you get reply like:
“AROS is competing product, no comment, ask Amiga Inc.”

But I question your motive for asking, steer up trouble?
Hyperion probably do not like Windows, Linux, Unix, AROS, BeOs, QNX, MacOS, MorphOS or AROS.

I have 1 question, and only 1 question:

"Will I be able to buy Sam440 WITH OS4 on 22/09?"

Anybody?
