Therefore, I don't see why you would say that "Hyperion probably do not like.." etc.

Now...if you had said "Amiga Inc." probably do not like AROS, I might have responded differently...

Indeed it seems talk of a 10yo children, but there's more... you probably don't know it but AROS CVS tree isn't accessed anonymously because Amiga explicitly asked for it, so crying for legality years after isn't at all healthy for your trademark, you have to defend it and their time is since gone.

I was talking explicitly about Evert Carton, because it was him saying what he has said regarding AROS. Yes, I have a toward feeling against those who stands against AROS, yes I am biased towards those who at cost of their heart gives away their work for the sake of community. Are you really comparing those other OSs (minus MorphOS) with AROS? In which way they present as relevant?

Do you know if Hyperion likes McDonalds, perhaps they do not like Volvo, or Mercedes...

In all fairness, I don't think Evert made that comment as in "we'll sue you", but in an offhand sort of way (remember, Hyperion cannot sue AROS for anything that was in 3.x - that would be Amiga Inc doing the suing). It didn't sound to me like he was pressing the point, more like commenting on his personal opinion. Just because someone is on a board of directors, it doesn't mean that he speaks on behalf of his company all the time.

Speaking as a user (I have no inside information), I would be very surprised if Hyperion went after any of the neo-Amigas.

In all fairness he was pointing fingers to see if their competition got terminated, after all it was the only relevant info said when questioned...

ACube-systems is the ones how decides what operating systems is going to run on SAM440, not Hyperion not any one else.

Hyperion is in the market of selling an operating systems, to customers that have options of running operating a to z, they are probably not going to like to compete or share market whit other operating systems, in the same way Microsoft does not like Linux or MacOS kind of way, or Apple does not like Windows kinds of way.

We don’t live communistic world where we share every thing, that’s not have things work, we compete to be the best, if company does not understand that its going fail, becomes opponents will try to out do what they do.

I don’t know if have been part of any kind of sports? It’s all about wining or losing.

You might as well live, who's stopping you? Can you explain where AROS is wrong, and BSD, ad APACHE, and MIT... they all share, I'm all ears...

And do not forget that although we do not live in an institutes communist world we do live in a world inspired by Christ, Budha, Mohamed, etc.. mostly of what came here have beliefs in Christ perhaps the biggest communist of them all...

As for sports it's not all about winning and losing, is on how to know how to lose so you can better appreciate when you win.

I doubt that's going to happen before the lawsuit is resolved. I could dream that Evert will be announcing some sort of deal with Amiga Inc, but someone from Amiga Inc would probably be present for that, and we haven't heard of any plans for someone from their side being there. I guess we'll just have to sit on our hands yet again and watch, as the market continues to dissolve like an aspirin in hot water...

One thing that we can pretty much count on is on everyone's every single word and gesture being minutely dissected by the usual verbose crowd (every time I see them arguing it makes me think of the two old guys from Sesame Street...) I think that the AW.Net gang should start arranging for extra disk space on the server while there's still time

I wonder if the OS4 version of Gorky17 will be released at the show.

I just cant wait for news :) I hope its os4 for classic. We need more os4users.
