Streaming straight with mplayer (and getvideo) even works. At least it seems so, but my connection is too slow.

Some will know, I eventually decided to send my work all the way to Norway.

Don't know if my DVD has made it there yet; in any case, it's clearly missed this episode of Amitopia. Maybe next time...

I don't require you to like Amitopia TV, but what I ask is that I need comments on whats
good or not. If I don't get comments on what should improoved, then Amitopia TV can't be
improoved. I can guarantee that every e-mail will be read and that I am serious about willing
to improve Amitopia TV so much that You the viewer will reffer to it as a great source.

The idea behind it is that You contribute. In this way you're shaping the channel program. I
know that Amiga Community is a Creative one and with Amitopia TV your production or contribution
will shape it to a better show for everyone.

Idea is:
1. Release the show. approx. 30min
2. Release parts on YouTube 2 days after full release

So, don't hold back comments or contributions. Amitopia TV will be better with it.

Let the show begin!

@amidelf2
Feedback? Cut down on the show's length, you don't need to use scrolling text in virtually every shot, fewer or shorter idents, if you've shown an Amiga ad once don't repeat it in another show (or at least try and have a bigger choice of ads in rotation so they're repeated less often), invest in a decent camera for your own footage. Is that the sort of feedback you were looking for? I do like the show though, think it has potential.

Thanks. That's kind of comments is what I want to hear.

1)
About length, well as I wrote, the main show is in 30-40mins because that's what people have been written to my e-mail that they want. But sure, I can make them shorter if more people agrees to this.

2)
The idea of Amitopia TV is that it is set up like a local TV station. It means it has program listing, idents and adverts. Reason for some adverts to come more often is because that's how its done in the real TV world. Amitopia TV is ment for people outside of Amiga community as well.

But I will release more stuff on YouTube from Amitopia TV show. In this way, people can choose if they want to watch the whole show or some of the content. But because of YouTube time, it wont work all the times as some of my programs is longer than 10 minutes.

3)
I have already invested in a new camera. It's Canon FS100. So quality is better, but I need to get a stativ so that my productions is much more steady.

I hope you got some of the answers here. Amitopia TV is ment as en TV experiment thing for me, but at the same time providing Amiga info and news.
