| hello,
Qt from Trolltech(/Qt-software/Nokia) and FORENINGENA
Is it good (when making the donation) ?
I said that because It's more logical to see: alkfill port of QT on amiga (or related) that this message who look like we made donations to nokia directly. _________________ BTW, what you have done for the amiga today ????

| "Qt from Trolltech"
Trolltech isn´t really a trustworthy name _________________ I´m back in 2023 on Classic Amiga with my A1200/Blizzard1230IB@50Mhz, 32MB RAM, AmigaOS3.2 and ROMs, Indivision AGA MK3, Author of Amiga-Flipclock (OS4)

| If I were to found a new company I would go for that name as it fits almost perfectly with my own name. And I'm not a troll Last edited by Troels on 25-Jan-2011 at 01:15 PM.

| In Scandinavian languages, "Troll"/"Trold" has an alternative meaning which is more like the English "Wizard". I suppose this is what inspired the name of the Norwegian company Trolltech behind Qt.

| @nbache
We are proved of the Norwegian trolls, lots of nice folktales.
Troll magic is not the same as Wizard magic.
Trollbundet (troll bound) is the same as hypnoses, you see something and you can’t run away.
Nøkken is a troll that tricks men in lakes by presenting itself as something else.
Huldra is sexy troll that can trick men to in to the woods to never comeback, like all trolls she as a tail, that she hides.
I the same way as religion is used to day to scare people from doing bad thing, folktails where used to scare children from playing down by the weather because in the old days people did not know how to swim, or to run in to the woods and get lost.
