This is the Professional File System III as is was released by Great Effects Development back in 1999. It is now distributed on Aminet with a 4-clause BSD license.

I don't know what the speed difference is between OS3 SFS & OS4 SFS filesystems, but I re-partitioned my scsi drive in my A4000T & tested both SFS & PFS3 for speed. PFS3 was a lot faster then SFS making a system backup.
