Many people want to donate to Viva Amiga but don't have Amazon Payments, they only have Paypal. To help the Amiga documentary DiscreetFX will accept Paypal donations for Viva Amiga and transfer them to Viva Amiga with our Amazon Payments account. We will even cover the Paypal fees until July 12th, 2011. We like everyone else want to see the $25,000 raised in time!

For info on how to make a donation via Paypal please contact us at the link below.

Being a client of Amazon I had the possibility to pledge a month ago.
Your initiative is a very good one though, I wish it had come sooner 'cause I really want this film to see the light.

I hope other firms follow your outstanding example.

Best regards

Thanks for the support, PayPal donations might be quite helpful.

10 days to go, time to remind old Amiga users!

@DiscreetFX
Hello,
I just tried the contact us section of your website using Firefox and Google Chrome on my Mac (I even tried *shutter * IE) and it doesn't appear to be working. I click send and get no indication that anything has happened.

Any ideas? Is it possible that my post is too long but I'm not being told of the character limit?

Thanks.

[EDIT] AH HA! that was the problem after all! As soon as I trimmed back a sentence it went through! Quick suggestion, you might want to add a character counter to this section to give users a visual indication that they are approaching the character limit.

The goal was reached and before the deadline. DiscreetFX got it past the $20,000 mark and then we again got it past the $21,000 mark. We hoped this helped in a small way and look forward to the completed film. A talented group has been assembled to create the movie so it should be grand. Everyone should continue to donate, it will only make the film better.
