| Nice to have an update.
But what about adding a short, single line description of what Jack is to the news item? |

I know, I clicked the link.
Could (and should) still be in the newsitem text in my opinion
Just trying to give some constructive criticism |

| The news item was written last minute... Cmon on lets hear some positive feedback around here. Surely pictures speak a thousand words still!
Very quiet in Amigaland lets be positive people. _________________

| Just a reminder to developers out there, if you haven't already please PM your paypal email address, your preferred currency and the software titles on OS4Depot that you would like Users to be able to make a donation towards through the Jack App-Store.
FAQs:
Q. Do I need to create a web page or anything to accept payments? A. No, Jack takes care of this for the user. Download AmiCygnix, Assist or countless other packages and see for yourself.
Q. What do you need again? A. A valid paypal email address, your preferred currency, a list of your apps on OS4Depot.
Q. Do you take a cut of the proceeds? A. No, you get 100% of the donation.
Q. Can I see who made a donation through Jack? A. Yes, on the payment page one of the fields is populated with the referred.
Q. I am a user, are you aware that the currency is sometimes shown incorrectly when making a donation. A. Yes, it will be fixed soon. _________________

Well, there weren't any pictures in the news text either (I think that's possible too, but perhaps not recommended)
Don't get me wrong, thanks for the update, but shouldn't take too much time to copypaste a single line of text from homepage into the newsitem.
And yes, that might be related to the common "coder problem". Everyone knows their own software inside out, so might be hard to keep in mind that everyone else probably doesn't

It might be worth pointing out that PayPal will take their share in any case (5%-ish or something). |
