At last! Things are looking up!

Hoorah!

Maybe OS4 released by Dec/Jan04 isn't beyond the realms of possibility now!

This little news item appeared out of nowhere. It is saying OS4 on AOne right?

Great news indeed. Keep up the good work, Hyperion and OS4 team

If its good enough to be demoed at a public show then it must be at the beta stage, or maybe even rc stage

Don't get your hopes too high, there is still a lot to be done. This is a very early version, with a lot of bits still missing, but obviously we're getting somewhere

It took a bit over two weeks to get this to run.

I am looking forward now to the next thing that the trolls tell me that wil never work - whatever that is

Could we have a snapshot of RubberStrings running with a visible title bar, please? ;)

So am I right in assuming that the Origin in "Rubberstrings by Origin" is you?

Sorry that I didn't ask for permission first, but I was in a hurry, and remembered those snappy AROS demos, so I just grabbed some of them and compiled them. Didn't even need to modify the source code

What you actually see there was finished yesterday evening. It was a close call...
