| Thanks for releasing this as a download!
FYI, the "RadeonHD Wiki" link is bad. It has [/url at the end of the link that needs to be removed for it to work. _________________ Kevin - X1000 First Contact / A1222+

Reminder: Enable "RadeonHD_drv_video.library" in "SYS:libs/VA/" if you disabled it, like I did, after having issues with playing video after the the Enhancer 2.2 update.
I just purchased and installed the RadeonHD v5 driver and installed it but saw no improvement in playing 720p video files. Then I remembered I had disabled above mentioned library and after re-enabling it again the video acceleration worked fine. About 12 to 15% CPU usage when playing the "720p_Kingdom of the Deserters _ Aquaman.mp4" video.
Don't try playing 1080p though. It doesn't work well at all.
This is on an X1000 with a Radeon HD7750 video card. _________________ Kevin - X1000 First Contact / A1222+

| After a few tests (video playback) I can not recommend this driver for X1000. The old v3 seems to be more stable and better. I suggest to save your money and buy a RadeonRX card. _________________ AMIGA 1200 | Vampire 1200 II | 128 MB RAM | Indivision AGA Mk3 | 128 GB CF | AmigaOS 3.2.2 AMIGA 600 | Vampire 600 II | 128 MB RAM | Indivision ECS Mk4 | 128 GB CF | AmigaOS 3.2.2

| The release of DVplayer a while ago came with the promise that Hardware Acceleration for the HD Radeon would be available for early buyers of DVplayer.
Any news on this ?? _________________ AmigaOne X5000 -> 2GHz / 16GB RAM / Radeon R7 250 / M-Audio 5.1 -> AmigaOS 4.1 FE / Ubuntu Linux Amiga 1200 -> Recapped / 68ec020 ACA 1221ec / CF HDD / RetroNET connected to the world

RadeonHD_drv_video.library should be available to you to download from Updater for some time. _________________ Amiga Kit Amiga Store Links: www.amigakit.com | New Products | A600GS

| As stated here https://www.amigans.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=134161#forumpost134161 it seems that Radeon V5 drivers are needed to use the RadeonHD_drv_video.library.
Is this correct and if so, how do the DVplayer customers benefit from the lib without purchasing V5 drivers first? Last edited by Skateman on 02-Oct-2022 at 06:42 AM.
