SGrab, if your using it, does a bogus JPG format if didn't know that yet. I found out through Yahoo! My Jpegs were refused because the internal format was wrong. So, I put them through FxPaint and Yahoo! would accept them. SGrab is doing something with the jpeg compression that's bogus.
Comic books are still the best source of action illustrations! You have a very active WB! :)
