Based on that, Amiga parties(i.e. Amiga Inc +...) still owns the Software(OS 3.1) and trademarks but are not allowed to use it as long as Hyperion is using them.
Amiga Inc and others granted Hyperion the exclusive (trandsferrable)rights on the Exclusive Licensed Marks(Amiga OS, AmigaOne and variations).
Reading through paragraph 1b proved interesting reading.
Given that I am not a lawyer as well.. this paragraph represents Hyperion's best defence against Commodore/Amino/Itec/whatever lame name they gave themselves attempts to launch a branded PC with AROS bundled on it.
