There is no and there will be no x86 with the official Amiga Operating System unless Hyperion decide there will be. Is what I think you mean.
Hyperion only owns a license, not the trademark. Therefore, x86 Amiga OS is not impossible because of Hyperion...
Amiga OS is rather unlikely to evolve any further then OS4 as there is no users. Even if you port it to x86, again, no users. So there's no point in any Amiga(like) OS on x86 currently. It doesn't pay of... user base is small, software base likewise. Who'd pay for a x86 OS4 when they can run Open source OS and software which is better and more up to date?
