I am kidding of course It is nice to see that there is progress and being in communication with these Guys is great!

Well done AW.net and A.org for these services!

Hmm...a regular QA session with one of the triarchy leaders, I wonder where they got that idea... How long do you think it will be until ANN gets a regular "Ask Alan" feature?

Seriously, this is great news. You certainly can't claim that the triarchy doesn't communicate with the community anymore.

well, to play devils advocate here why should anyone read it since its on a totaly biased site with employees and "apologists" from Genesi running the ship???? ;D

Oh the shock and horror

Oh well good stuff anyhoo maybe even the people running the site can get back to actualy supporting the community instead of going crazy in their little makebelive witch hunt.

It is good news, especially that there is communication from Amiga and Hyperion. I just hope that the amount of communication does not become a reason for project delays etc...

Too much time has passed without a new Amiga and OS being released.

I don't see a need for this Q&A beyond just a morale boosting effort. I'd rather see Hyperion participate in more "OS4 on Tour"-like programs and showing their product publically instead of talking about it. For those with access to CAM, we already get a monthly progress report. And the feature list is there for all to see as well although it hasn't been updated yet. Like I said, I think this is a just a morale boosting effort versus a genuinely useful communication tool.

In any case, it's a nice effort by those involved. Good to see some positive use of energy over at amiga.org for a change.

Messiah:

One can only hope, but I think I've seen some moderation from the silliness observed in the past.

But my visits there are much reduced.

hmmmm it is ironic that 12 weeks after aimgaworld starts doing it ao starts going for it. This is ok by me, it meanas there might be more information flying around as to aos 4.0 and the upgrades to teh amiga one. I had to stop my self righting A1 cos it is out now and i want one.

Just a little sad that most of the members/posters of these other sites seem very intent on knocking the effort we made to get the Q+A rolling. We've been accused of all kinds of things, but nobody else seemed to want to do their own Q+As with anyone involved in either AI or OS4.

Just no pleasing some people sometimes

Still at least with a.org doing this Q+A we will have a lot more information in the public domain (it won't stop some people carrying on as they always do - but there should be less rumour and speculation around now). Kudos to nomAAM for doing the original interview, and for the ones to come.

Don't act like you people invented the wheel ... All i did was ask him for an Interview and when it was succesfull, we agreed to do it more often.

Nothing more ... nothing less.

Don't take it personally dude. The guys are just blowing off some steam.

Your timing couldn't have been better for the interview--things were just silly over there with the witch hunt and all. Way to keep them focused on what really matters, AmigaOS 4.0.

BTW nice avatar

Don't sweat the small stuff nOMAAM. It was a good interview (Q&A) and I think everyone enjoyed reading. I know I did. Looking forward to the next one.
