ClipDown 3.4 Released - Supply URL on command line, 16 video sites added |

Version 3.4 adds the ability for ClipDown to be run from the command line while providing a URL to operate on via the "-u" option. This allows it to be used in context menus with Web Browsers. See the "Hints and Tips" section of the guide file for how to set up a context menu in MUIOWB.

Interested parties suggested prices, ranging from £70 to £520. A decision has been made to to price it somewhere in the middle. Only 50 units will be made, and orders will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis.
The X500 Plus will be priced at £259 (GBP) + packaging and postage. and will be shipped in a plain, brown, double wall cardboard box.

A new release of AbiWord is now available on OS4-Depot.
New in this release:
New version 2.8.6 with many new features compared to the last version 2.6.2.Gnumeric spreadsheets can now be embedded into an AbiWord document. You can load and edit existing spreadsheets or create new ones. Gnumeric 1.10.17 is integrated into AbiWord for this. Version 1.5 of the popular AROS distribution Icaros Desktop is now available for download. The new release heavily reworks file structure, installation procedure and M68K environment, which can now run both games from ADF files and classic Workbench applications without the need for original Amiga KickStart and operating system.
Icaros Desktop 1.5 includes the new AROS kernel "backported from ABIv1" that should improve speed, compatibility and reliability. However, for people having compatibility issues there's now a "Legacy Kernel Edition" of Icaros Desktop Live! including the last kernel from the "old age". More informations about new features and screenshots are available on the Icaros Desktop webpace, which now includes also a "features comparison" between the different formats.

From today, the full version of the Roadshow TCP/IP stack is available to buy through the APC&TCP online store.
Roadshow is an Amiga TCP/IP stack, that allows you to connect to the Internet, to access your e-mail, web pages, chat, etc. It can also be used to access and exchange files within your local home network.
