Aqua has landed on the AmiNet. From the readme: Quote:
Aqua is a Myst style graphic adventure game that was originally made for the Amiga as a commercial product and later ported to MorphOS as part of the SuperBundle program. This freely redistributable release is made as a gift to those that continue to support MorphOS and Amiga software. |

Aminet is back to "normal" mode |
| Internet News posted by Ferry on 16-Feb-2007 9:33:57 (5078 reads) |
As title says, Aminet seems to be not in restricted mode anymore, and it's back to the usual, normal work mode. As you surely know, Aminet has been working in "restrited" mode for some weeks, i.e. no updates, restricted navigation and file info, due to some unknown server problems. Now it seems that the problems are fixed. You can find more info about those problems and the "restricted mode" here: http://wiki.aminet.net/2007-02-02

The weekend before last the Amiga Future homepage was hacked two times.
The good thing about it was that we have discovered the security issue and fixed it. However some scripts were broken becuase of that. One of them was the email contact form. If you sent us an email please try again. We had also the luck that our hoster switched to a newer version of PHP. Sooner than we expected. The result was that our online shop didn't work anymore. This issue is fixed also now. Due to the many changes we have reworked the cheat database too. In the cheat database there are currently over 5000 cheats, solutions and tips for more than 2000 Amiga games.
The database is now available using the direct URL http://cheats.amigafuture.de..

Demo-MP3 for software sampler "Phonolith" available |
| Miscellaneous News posted by Timo on 12-Feb-2007 19:22:18 (2349 reads) |
On the website of "Phonolith" you can download a song (MP3) now, which was created with this software sampler and the sequencer "Horny" on AmigaOS 4. It's a quite simple techno/trance (?) track, but it can demonstrate the sound quality of "Phonolith".

Then about 11:30 we will have demonstrations of the new version of the MiniMig and the 1541-III. Later on, about 13:00 we shall demonstrate the very new 1541 “Ultimate”.
