Yep, and there is no link where to buy the workbench unless I guess you bought it before and have access to the update in the download area.

Technically you are referring to Hyperion's version only which has had all text references to it changed to "Amiga Workbench". (as discussed earlier in this thread)

I'm sure "Workbench" can be purchased elsewhere.

I guess there has bee some consequences applied to Hyperion's aggressive trademark infringement!

A second strike regarding abuse and infringement of other entities' trademarks probably won't help their trademark robbing efforts, including their delayment/opposition of Cloanto's Amiga trademark registration...

(Whether or not this also is a case of copyright violation, in other words piracy, remains open. Maybe this will be (or is currently being?) tried by legal institutions as well?)

Yes indeed, you can buy Workbench (version 1.3, 2.1, 3.1 and 3.X) from the owner of the Amiga IP, Cloanto, or its many resellers.

My point was merely that you shouldn't read too much into Ben Hermans statements whenever he says he has "stepped down". He has done it before, and every time he has de-facto continued directing things in practice. This time seems to be no exception.
