about 2 seconds if that. On the X5000 it is possible to amend the U-boot set up to reduce the time spent showing the AmigaOne Logo before it will boot into the different OS setups

Only 2 seconds is pretty good. The CFE x86 emulator must be old and slow in the X1000 since it takes at least 10 seconds on average. If only CFE could be speed up instead of sitting around and doing nothing in the time my X1/XE would be booting.
