Same here. Since Amizilla will take some time this is the hope we have. If Amizilla get's done that is. I was actually wondering what the IBrowse teams thinks of Amizilla. Any thoughts?

SnoopDOS has been updated a few times, but only small updates afaik. It has been ported to OS4, but I don't know the release status at the moment - maybe I said too much, but I wanted to explain why the IB fix was not yet available 
As for Amizilla, I'm not a programmer so don't know how hard these things are, but even I can see its a big job. If they manage to port it, good luck to them and they will deserve the booty.
On a personal note however, I would rather a native browser with AmigaOS features in mind - which I don't think will come with a port of Mozilla, but I wait to see the end results.
Whatever happens, a modern browser will be welcomed by all, not matter what form it comes in |

An 'Amiga-like' browser with Amiga features is definitely the way to go, although the best way to achieve that seems to let an engine like Gecko or KHTML deal with the rendering issues and concentrate on getting the interface right.
On the Mac you have something like iCab which tries to do everything itself with very little man hours, and sadly it's failed to keep up on either the engine or interface side.
The same was true of Omniweb's engine, but they moved over to KHTML (with help from Apple in porting KTHML to OS X of course) plugging in the old interface bits as they went along. The step from 4.0 to 4.5 was quick an immense, and 5.0 is very good indeed.
I would love to see IBrowse adopt a similar approach. The Omni Group might offer a little bit of advice too - they hang around on the MacNN forums and very approachable.
