@Krashan
This emoticon shows that I'm geting sick of your constant black marketing against OS4/A-EON/Hyperion. Even such AmigaWorld competition is a chance to write something nasty.

You wrote today on PPA site that A1X1000 doesn't exist even as prototape. Probably it exists only on monitors of hardware designers. That is example of your true intentions. I can give a lot more.

But, if AW staff alow such comments I can say once again ,it is not place for me.

@mr2

I only read Q&A sessions with A-Eon and think. They clearly stated they are at the stage of finalizing specifications and checking availability of needed parts in needed quantities. If so, the BOM (Bill of Materials) is not yet closed. If it is not closed, they don't have a detailed schematic diagrams of the board. If they have no schematics, they could not start PCB design. If PCB is not designed, prototypes of production version can not exist. Simple as that. My good or bad intentions have nothing to do with the logic chain above.

@Krashan

How about you go away and take your nasty little comments with you?
Think about that.

@Krashan

So you think that this thread is a place to announce your doubts and nasty comments about puzzle? ####ing on someones parade? And YOU told something about "good" manners?

EOT

@Rudei

Unfortunately thats the way he promotes his OS all the time.

@all

Sorry for my OT. Great prizes. Good luck everyone, I'm not good at puzzles!

@Krashan

I think they talked about additional cards (eg. GFX), not about the motheboard itself...

When I read posts like this, I say for myself: I will never buy OS that has supporters like you! Fortunately, I often visit pegasosppc.cz page maintained by real MorphOS and Amiga enthusiast Luky and I return back to my admiration for MorphOS.

@pavlor, mr2, Rudei

I see you have only personal criticism against logical agruments. This means there is no point in further discussion, I've said all I wanted anyway. Everyone can think about it and have own conclusions. Thank you for attention.

No, I have critisism against constant negativity exhibited by you. Let's not turn this into a battle of intelligence shall we?

@krashan

...besides the fact that your argument isn't logical.

You should know the difference between a-, b- and c-samples and their classification as (pre-)production samples. What do you think in which state software integration starts? (Or, in this context, general OS and hw driver developement and adaption?).

I recognise Bill McEwen. But what on earth does *he* have to with the Amiga ?

Is that Terry Pratchett next to Neil Bothersome BTW. I never knew he had an Amiga connection.

"Part 4: Identify the Mystery Spaceman

There is an historical "Amigan" inside the spacesuit (111).

Object: using the riddle identify the name of the historical Amigan inside the spacesuit."

I've probably missed it - might be that obvious! - but where's the riddle that is mentioned above?

@cha05e90

1. I've written about production series prototypes, they would be "c-samples" in your nomenclature.

2. I've written no single sentence about software integration and its current state.

Only a clarification.

Whoa! is that the official AmigaOne X1000 Case?

If it is, it leaves the question "Where the heck do you put your CD or DVD drives etc?". There seem to be no slots for anything !

I think there are doors like on A4000T. Nice design.

@pertinaxone

The riddle is on the answer sheet which you need to fill in and send into given e-mail address.

@Krashan

I've understood it that A-EON is getting the best deals for the extra stuff like harddrives,
optical units, cables and such things, not parts for the motherboard.

EDIT: Sounded a bit strange I meant the motherboard is pretty much finished.

MorphOS Team does not need to resort to puzzles and tricks to keep potential customers interested.

Ah, that's right, they just have to jump on every thread about the official Amiga line and tell everyone how pathethic it is and how their beloved MorphOS is superior in every way, etc. Thanks for enlightening us, but can we now get back to having some fun while celebrating the Amiga's 25th anniversary? Thanks.

Edit: How about you open a separate thread about your theories of X1000's development state and not hijack this thread with these off-topic things. Thanks.
