| Hi Several years ago Mr Bill McEwen said that Intent for 68K is available.
Is it possible to port Amiga Anywhere / AmigaDE to AmigaOS 3.X and 68K?
This will enable classic amiga user to migrate into AmigaOS 4.X and PowerPC without modifying / re-compiling applications.
This also enable new AmigaDE/Amiga Anywhere applications for Windows / X86 or WinCE to run on Classic Amiga 68K machines.
Thank you. |

| Well, I think it's great that Garry is willing to do this. I also think it's a good sign the AInc website has been redone, if not to some people's tastes.
However, just look at the moderation in this thread- this would tell me that any 'randomly ordered questions' sent to a bot, simply will be full of garbage, and NOT be conducive to seeing a reepated IRC or interview with Garry.
I've got to ask- why doesn't AW instead have a thread on questions from users, and select the most appropropriate/relevant in order of popularity/importance, and trim the fluff and nonsense?
Picture this- We have questions regarding AOS ownership, AOS/DE integration plans, etc...but instead all Garry sees is: ***gis: Where's my 2GHZ PPC module? ***eist: I don't USE my XE, but where's the XC and Fantasy Case? (neither of which are likely to makes sense being addressed by Garry, but yet I'm sure we'll see worse 'offenses' as well...) Last edited by wegster on 19-Mar-2005 at 12:40 AM.

| I agree with wegster, but I don't think there's too much time left to organize that now Anyway, my question would be: what's the future of the AmigaOS and the amiga one? |

Yeah, we were too. That's why this is all setup like it is. User's msg MrBot with a question... Question goes to que...Staff reviews questions in que for duplicates, similiars, or nonsense, and weeds out the garbage. Question is sent on for moderator to present to Garry. Or something like that...Anyway, there should be some sense to it all. |

| Fine here - but the questions are coming in very slowly, and the bot's just been kicked for flooding _________________
