But how about the availability for OS 4? Webstite states that this is still in development and that buyers receive a demo or something. Or does the 68k-version run nicely under OS 4?

the os4 version only is available as a alpha/beta version. it runs and you can do most things - but not everything works. especially the new mui gui has some glitches.
but if you order it you are entitled to the older 68k version also (afaik). so you can run both.
and the old 68k version runs very nice.
you sometimes see a reaper but usually aou can continue.
i hope to see a newer beta for os4 soon. the current one is 2 years old
