Recent changes:

2.13 (25.10.2008)

* Disabled the normal and wait mouse pointers. They are still included as Resources/disabled-pointerCursor.info and disabled-waitCursor.info, if you want to use them in OWB instead of the system ones rename them to pointerCursor.info and waitCursor.info (bugs.os4depot.net issue #34).
* Added a frame around the status bar (bugs.os4depot.net issue #33).
* Updated to SVN revision 600.
* Added PUBSCREEN tooltype for changing the name of the public screen.
* For font families without bold/italic fonts OWB now constructs them from the regular font of the family instead of using fonts from the fallback font families.
* Added displaying the source.
* Added support for external bookmark tools, tooltype BOOKMARKCOMMAND, the first %s is replaced by OWB's ARexx port name (bugs.os4depot.net issue #13).
* Included Paul E. Bloedel's AddressBook.
* Included Fredrik Wikstrom's OWBLauncher tool with the splash image from Martin 'Mason' Merz (bugs.os4depot.net issue #32).

I cant wait to get my sam and give it a try.

The one positive point about having to wait for my new Amiga and copy of OS4.1 is that more and more software is arriving to run on it while I wait.

Anyway thanks for putting in the effort required to port us a modern web browser. I will look forward to the day when my amiga web browsing needs can be met without needing to rdesktop to a PC or boot into linux do everyday tasks like pay my credit card bill.

Will any of these new versions work on OS4? I don't have OS4.1 yet and it looks like I won't have it for some time.

I've been using OWB 2.13 since October 26. Works fine for most sites I visit.

Still use IBrowse and AWeb as well.

I´m still waiting for my sam440ep so i can test further version of OWB. On OS4 Classic it isn´t that fast and sometimes not stable.

@all SAM AmigaOS 4.1 users

since a few days, I have my AmigaOS4.1 and SAM. AOS4.1 also installes (i think, some older version of) OWB and first, I was a little bit disappointed of the speed of OWB. BUT it seems to me that the included AOS4.1-version is much slower than this latest version of OWB!

OWB v2.13 is more than just usable now! Great!
(JavaScript and ClickButtons in html-forms doesn't seem to work yet, does it? But CSS works great )

Does anyone know how to stop OWB from rending the entire page to a buffer (similar to Smart Refresh), and instead force it to render only what you see (similar to Simple Refresh)?

I seem to remember reading this was an option, but cannot find the reference. Also, is it possible to get OWB to open a screen for itself?

Mostly because you can only run a now outdated version of it... what a shame we don't have OS 4.1 for the classics... (yes, I know, they're underpowered but even a "light" version of OS 4.1 could do...)

Cheers
