| Great to see the game is continued to be developed! Anyone who still didn't try the demo should do it now :)

| Hi deadwood,

I just can't stop: new ideas come to mind all the time*, and I want customers to enjoy it more and more and convince other people to give the game a chance
*And still there are those that initially I had reserved for BOH 2... who knows what I will make of them...

Thanks for the support

It's only a matter of 1 or 2 days: only the installer is missing. I'm just too tired to prepare the packages for all the OSes today In the meanwhile, you can try the new features with the demo (the mission "4. floors & obstacles" shows some of the more evident changes). _________________ RETREAM - retro dreams for Amiga, Commodore 64 and PC

The package left Italy on the 29th of August, so it should take only a few more days... _________________ RETREAM - retro dreams for Amiga, Commodore 64 and PC

| I have tried to use my USB joypad with BOH and I get nothing. It's reported as a DragonRise in AmigaInput. But when I try and detect buttons nothing happens. Nor in BOH.
How is this set up? Is it incompatible with OS4? |

BOH uses SDL for handling joypads, so the only thing I can say for sure is that the joypad must be recognized by SDL to work. Then, if SDL uses AmigaInput (which, I guess, is likely), of course another requirement is that AmigaInput recognizes the joypad. The complete chain would be HW <-> USB driver <-> AmigaInput <-> SDL <-> BOH: if something goes wrong along the way, there is nothing BOH can do.

So it seems. Unfortunately, the public version of AmigaInput is far from perfect. _________________ RETREAM - retro dreams for Amiga, Commodore 64 and PC

Okay that seems logical.

Yes, a pitty, it was one of the OS4 features. I need to learn more about it. Perhaps I have set it up wrong?
There is also the lowlevel confusion, which will only work if a game is using that library. Otherwise it won't show up. Other USB hardware is supported more or less automatically, so why not USB gamepads? |

Well, it could be, but sometimes no setup helps

After releasing BOH, I learned that the digital hats of some joypads report / are reported to be analogue axes, which makes me think that joypads don't follow a strict standard - in simpler words, it looks like it's a mess _________________ RETREAM - retro dreams for Amiga, Commodore 64 and PC
