Hi,

oh wow... I really enjoyed this 2d game. Even though it was a simple game plot, I spent so many hours working out a way to get through the levels.

Thanks, for your efforts this 3rd version should be even better.

Looks nice, but I wish the AROS guys didn't feel the need to showcase AROS using a copy of AmigaOS4's standard theme. I can just imagine what some MorphOS guys might say if OS4 was showcased using a copy of the standard MorphOS theme... AROS should have it's own identity, and not feel the need to ape OS4 to get attention.

True, however if Hyperion were equally as concerned as its users in regard to copyright infringement they would have served notice months ago.

That boing ball in the upper-left corner belongs to Hyperion, the 'Workbench' name belongs to Cloanto if I am not mistaken.

Very misleading.

OTOH, its all good publicity for all parties concerned.

Chris, I guess users are free to use the theme they like, in the screenshots they post. Indeed, AROS has its own 'predefined' theme in nightlies, which is not the same used in Icaros and other distributions.

@djrikki

'workbench' may be a copyright-covered name of Cloanto, however the 'workbench screen' title appearing when the Wanderer desktop is selected, comes from the system and it's needed as is.

Youve bought this up before and have been answered before, so Im not sure why you bought it up again. AROS *doesnt* use OS4's theme by default, but some users may chose to use it, just as some users use a MorphOS theme, and some users of AmigaOS use an OSX theme. Do you really think someone using OS4's default theme is done by some AROS users in a hope to showcase it? (rhetorical, we both know the answer here). It has plenty of things to showcase vs. OS4.x (this video alone humbles the same game on OS4.x for example). Cant help but to wonder if youre clutching at things to be negative about because of this.
