8. To give Sam460 with OS4.1 to magazin Svet Kompjutera - "World of Computers", wich is one of most popular in Balkan- Ex Yu (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, BiH) for one review ! :)
Amiga was most popular computer in mid '90, half of that magazine belonged "our" computer.
Last game review is from '99 - Napalm.
Last tekst about NG Amiga is about Sam 440 couple years ago.
Today Amiga is mentioned in retro game section.
Half of jurnalist of that magazine are old school gamers and know very good all about Amiga.
More media don't do any harm!

Anyway, Comi, I agree about reviewing in Svet Kompjutera magazine - I will promote Amiga where ever I can :) and will be happy to give them machine for reviews and news. Excellent idea.

Why don't you offer them to write a short article on AmigaOS4?
Just a basic article with the current state of AmigaOS4, future (known) plans and a resume of the available hardware.
It sounds like a magazine that would be happy to accept such article if you put some work into it.

That one which was loane for openoffice guy not worth of it, as he know nothing about amiga os at all, and because of it nothing happens in end, and stalled just on begining of work.

But DjNikk know what amigaos4 is it, he know what expect from it, and how all is structured and organazed. As for me, in compare better have attracted new designer, who know all the stuff, in compare with someone who know nothing about os.

I do not remember the details, but all what i know, that sam machne was send to some guy who works on openoffice, but then, we all understand via his progress-report page, that he just stack all the time on some primitive basics, like crashing of "make", or stalling of "configure" (which all, of course happens, and better to use cross-compiler for that kind of work) and so on. And in last time no real progress at all (by last time i mean last year).

Anyway, that was at least some kind of "let's try", so why not.. Trhough with DjNikk i somehow sure that he will conribute with all his stuff :)

Why not work officially for the AOS team as a freelance dev. ?? - if your work is good they perhaps would be delighted to get someone like you onboard.

Because if he will try to work officially with hyperion, he will get milion of problems of any kind. Strating from ndas, finishing that someone will dislike something, and will dictate to him what he should or should't do.

When he works as he want, he will do what he want, and how he want, without waiting of anything, or asking anything for any kind of permission from anyone. If his work will be intersted to hyperion, then they can then include it (if djnikk will want it), if not , then no problems.

Working for Hyperion? It can take mounts or years to even get NDA, you need a lot of patience, and no it does not help to remind, core developers about it.

If they don’t like to get my help they should say so, not keep me waiting for ever and ever.

It is good idea to work officially for AmigaOS. I have lots of smaller but good ideas how to make OS more attractive to new users, including sound efffects and skins. When I finish what I imagined I will show my ideas to Hyp and see if it can be implemented as official and default into the OS.

Just not get your hopes too high about hyperion. Contanting with them can take a years, as well as talking constructive with someone who can make final decissions. Sure can sounds a bit odd, but better if you will not have false hopes at start :)
