Maybe Ati 9700 or/and Ati X800 as I own those cards

the higher end radeon 9x00 cards is actually based on the r300 gpu series, which rogue already mentioned will be supportet in the near future.

@stone

4 years later, was there ever any update on this?

I ask because I've just splashed out £40 on a Radeon 9500 to find it's not supported :(

From Hans's website as linked above,

Quote:
The goal of this project is to write an Amiga OS 4.x graphics driver for R5xx and higher graphics cards.

I don't think he planned for it to support the R300. He did say the X1950 should work, the X300 should not.

Just to confirm, my drivers are for R5xx chipsets and higher. The lowest supported card is the Radeon X1300.

I'd like to see support for the R300 too. Some Sapphire cards support AGP2x and have video acceleration, this would be the only solution for Pegasos users since the firmware doesn't support newer RadeonHD cards using PCI to PCIe bridge.

@Jose

Nice grave robbing (8 years old thread, last post 4 years old).

R300 driver in Gallium3D supports R300-R500 cards, so R300 support is theoretical possibility.
