ACube Systems Srl is pleased to announce the immediate release of Hyperion's AmigaOS 4.1 Update 2 for Sam460ex. Boards and installation CDs are now shipping to resellers.
The board is running at 1.15 Ghz and allows all Amigans to use modern graphic cards thanks to its PCI express slot.
Other features include: 7 USB ports and Gigabit ethernet.

The latests release of Mesa 3D library has been ported to AROS. Together with a new features and fixes in core Mesa, this version brings for the first time to AROS two new APIs support: OpenVG and EGL.
The EGL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EGL_(OpenGL)) is a native platform API, allowing standardized creation of rendering contexts and their management.

The Amiga Games List maintained by David "Daff" Brunet since April 1991 was updated in early 2011 with its 40th edition. The total reached 11,476 entries as follows:
