APC&TCP: Project Guru Book Reprint Discontinued |
| News posted by AndreasM on 15-May-2008 7:25:42 (14636 reads) |
It is already known that we try to reprint the English Amiga Guru Book by Ralph Babel. Some additions were also planned to the original book.
The German Amiga Guru Book is available for some time now.
Nevertheless some Amiga users needed to put some pirated copies of the book online.
The print material is ready and actually we wanted to give it to the printing press.
But since several weeks there is a torrent with a pirated copy of the English Amiga Guru Book online.
Due to the fact that some Amiga users don't show up any support towards those who keep their platform up and try to supply them with information this project is hereby discontinued.

APC&TCP: Desert Racing Update Released |
| Software News posted by AndreasM on 14-May-2008 7:49:36 (3104 reads) |
A new update for Desert Racing is available today.
Optimizations have been made for a better performance. The visibility range has been raised and can now be set directly in the game or by using a tooltype.
The update is available directly from APC&TCP (Andreas@apc-tcp.de Subject: Desert Racing) via email without a charge for all owners of the full version.
We need your real name and address for the update. If Desert Racing has been bought from a dealer we need the dealer name aswell.
We are working simultaneously on the update and a port for AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS.

Part seven of Jeremy Reimer's Amiga History summary has arrived. This time it is all about gaming, more specifically between the years 1986 and 1991. Check it out here!
As usual all previous parts are linked from the top of part 7.
A quick reminder, Jeremy has confirmed that he wants to turn this into a book as well. *
