Restored AmigaGuide support in makeinfo |

Thanks to the efforts of xenic the native OS4 version of makeinfo can produce AmigaGuide documentation again. The makeinfo utility is a part of the texinfo package which is available on OS4Depot.
4.8-1 - Merged in AmigaGuide support changes (thanks xenic) - Removed obsolete AmigaGuide versions support - Changed --amiga option into --amigaguide option - Compiled with latest clib2 CVS dated 2006/11/11

Mainly of interesst for developers, I have uploaded a new version of the ablit library to OS4Depot which contains a full OpenGL1.3 implementation now.
The current version is a full functional preview release which includes a software renderer only.

Aminet now features download statistics: download charts for both the current month aswell as an all time top 50 are now available at our stats page - the current leader may actually come as a surprise to most of you. Additionally, each package overview page now lists the number of downloads for the actual package (Example). All HTTP-Downloads from all of the Aminet mirrors are considered when creating the statistics.

Bassano del Grappa (Italy) - 11/11/2006 - Sam440 will be on show at Electronica 2006 an important European show dedicated to the embedded and automotive markets. The show will be held from the14th to the 17th of November, in Munich. Sam440 will be on show at AVNET Memec's booth, stand 606 in hall A3.
A show report will be published on the SAM440 website.

A.D.A turns 5 today |

Just a quick reminder that Amiga Demoscene Archive is 5 years old today and still frequently updated. On 11 november 2001, we put the first version of A.D.A online. What started as a "I want to learn how to make a website" exercise, grew into quite a big project over the years.
A.D.A. now features 562 demos and 5960 screenshots.
