@Zylesea
i don't see the point on AGA implementation !
You have A1200 or A4000 and CD32 for that !
We need a step forward, there's E-UAE for that
purposes !
68k emulation and chipset emulation, let it to the
NatAmi project ;-PPP

This is OT, but: he went out of the line, calling members of the site gays, tree-fuc*ers, idiots. He is banned because of that.

Maybe it's an AmigaOne on a PCI Card!

Serously though, given the small market that this new hardware will be aimed at, it's probably not going to be cheap, but maybe at least, it will be more powerful than current offerings.

Hyperion probably don't want to annoy ACube, so maybe they will continue to focus on the low-end/embedded market, with these other people (Trevor et al.) focusing on the upper end.

@KimmoK

Yes, that is one of the BoXeR prototypes.

UPDATE: Actually, I think it's the AmigaOne prototype that plugged into an A1200 in a tower.

Frank.

Hopefully not, then AOS would be just like MacOSX, just another *nix-clone.

Great magazine, I`ve been reading it for many years. The board is Italian who migrated to Spain the last years before closing...

How do we know that it will be the last piece? It still says 'next' in the title.

@CaptainFrank

It´s the prototype G3 PPC mainboard from a company
called Escena. It was supposed to hook up on an A1200.
It was called " the Brainstormer Project".
It was developed by Martin Schüler a
german student who was from Braunschweig /Germany.

I talked to him years ago
about his project.

Greetings zE

I don't know, but hopefully he checks for bees before he sticks anything important in there.

Yeah, I know it's OT. Just curious, not any of my concern though....

Tree-F#ckers ? Hmm, maybe the next step after tree-huggers ?

To make this post ON topic again...
Who is going to go out of bed in the middle of the night to check if there is already another puzzle piece ??
Come on ! Don't be shy !

edit: did I just do the 500th reply ??

No need. We already know that Hyperion are being steady with this one releasing things about lunch time GMT.

I know - I tried last night.
